1. Report a card

Anyone may report a published card believed to be illegal or in breach of our Acceptable Use Policy — via [email protected] or the “Report this card” link in the card footer. A report should include: the card URL, the reason (which law or AUP rule), your explanation, your name and email, and a statement that you believe the report is accurate and made in good faith.

2. What happens

We acknowledge receipt, review within 7 days (target; serious illegality faster), and decide: no action · suspend (offline immediately) · remove. We inform the reporter of the decision. The cardholder receives a statement of reasons (what was decided, why, the facts, and how to contest) except where prohibited by law.

3. Contest a decision

The cardholder may reply to the statement of reasons with counter-arguments within 14 days; we review once more. Statutory remedies (the courts and out-of-court dispute-settlement bodies under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act) remain available.

5. Repeat misuse

Manifestly unfounded repeated reports, and repeated infringements by the same account, may be disregarded or terminated respectively, after warning and applied proportionately.
