Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The service is provided by Panchenko Oleksii, trading as “Hubnix” (sole proprietorship), established in Trezzano sul Naviglio (MI), Italy · VAT IT14660020968 · [email protected] (the “Provider”). These terms govern the My Hubnix portal (my.hubnixco.com) and the Hubnix Digital Business Card service (cards published at hubnixco.cards).

2. The service

Hubnix Digital Business Card lets you create and publish your card. The Free tier includes one published card with standard design and QR code. The Pro tier (€6.99/month or €50/year, VAT included; regional pricing may vary) adds the premium card designer, branded QR, Add-to-Wallet passes, and up to three published cards. Feature lists in the product interface are part of these terms. We may improve features over time; we will not materially degrade a paid tier mid-term.

3. Account

You sign in passwordless via an email link (optionally with two-factor authentication). You must use an email address you control. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or entity per account.

4. Your content and your warranty

Cards display information you choose to publish — name, titles, credentials, contact details, photo, links. You warrant that: (a) the information is true, accurate and yours to publish (or you hold the right to publish it); (b) any professional titles, qualifications or credentials you display are genuinely held; (c) your content does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law. Hubnix is a hosting provider and does not verify professional credentials or content; you indemnify Hubnix against claims arising from your published content.

5. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. We may suspend or remove a card that breaches it (suspension takes the card offline immediately).

6. Subscription, renewal, cancellation

Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account, effective at period end. Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next renewal.

7. Withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving a reason. The Pro subscription is a digital service: when you subscribe you expressly request that it start immediately, and you keep your full right of withdrawal throughout the 14-day period. If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the full amount you paid — a full refund, more favourable than the proportional amount the law would allow us to retain. Exercise it at any time from the “Withdraw from the contract” function in your account; we acknowledge your request without undue delay and process the refund through Stripe. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; Hubnix never receives your card number. Invoices are issued in accordance with Italian law (electronic invoicing via SDI). Italian consumers provide their Codice Fiscale at purchase where they request an invoice; otherwise the sale is recorded in the registro dei corrispettivi.

9. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice. Data is stored within the EU; you can delete your account and data at any time from your account.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Hubnix’s aggregate liability is capped at the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or consumers’ statutory rights.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time (account → delete). We may terminate for material breach (with notice where practicable; immediate for serious abuse). On termination, published cards go offline; fiscal records are retained as required by law (with personal data scrubbed where retention is no longer required).

12. Changes to these terms

Material changes are notified 30 days ahead by email; continued use after the effective date is acceptance. If you object, you may cancel with effect from the change date (pro-rata refund of any prepaid period).

13. Law and forum

Italian law governs these terms. For consumers, the courts of your place of residence or domicile remain competent (Art. 66-bis Codice del Consumo). For business users, the courts of Milan.
